Hindi pa jan natatapos yung kainan,may pakain pa c Mayor sa People's hall. Nakakapagod kumain kaya natulog na lng sa byahe dahil hinatid kami pauwi.

Reflection Paper

I always say to myself, ”I’m not ready”. Not yet ready to face the real world since I started in OJT,it all changed my perspective in life. On-the Job Trainee has been my first step to deal with the consequences in reality and gain experience as well.

At my first day, I was bit terrified for the reason that I never see myself working now and I have no idea where to begin. My expectations were I would find quite challenging to do the duties because I don’t have any practices in any office works.  I have not know-how to do the job and communicate with co-workers and member of staffs. Because of good approaches and pleasant supervision of the people I met,

It never been tough for me to do my assigned task as have used my learning and skills that I have obtained through especially this college, going school has always been my first benefit.

You wouldn’t know things that you should be if you are afraid to make your own first footstep in your outlook plans. We are the ones who give us our own ways to the opportunity which might yet to come. All we have to do is choose the correct path that would lead us to our right prospect.Now I can speak to the mirror that I’m prepared for my next stage in life.

2nd week of October(7-11)

   patuloy pa rin kami sa pag encode ng mga PAR..last week n namin ito.ako ay nagpapasalamt sa mga empleyado doon dahil naging maganda ang pkikitungo nila sa amin kaya hindi ako nahirapan mag OJT doon.:) goodbye BUCAF:(

October 11

     Defense for 70 percent kay mam lani.nakakuha kami ng 25 percent :(

1st week of October(September 30-October-4)

New environment for us dahil sa Supply Office naman kami inaassign.kami ay pinaencode ng mga PAR.Property Acknowledgement Receipt.medjo madami pero kaya 2.

October 4

Pinaset-up kami ng mga 10 new PC's sa computer lab ng BUCAF ni Mam Jet kaya temporarily hiniram kami from Supply Office.Nakakagod pero my Snack naman :)

4th week of September(23-27)

September 23-24

       wala akong nakikitang tao sa BUCAF na hindi bz. ang mga staff ay naghahanda na para sa International Conference na darating  sa Oriental.kami naman ay naatasan umayos ng mga I.D. na gagamitin ng mga participants at tagatapon ng mga typo-error sa program..

September 25

First day ng Conference
  ako ay mas nauna pa sa alarm nagising.bakit kaya?kz pupunta kami sa Orietal..PERSTYM kz. kami ay nandun na alas 7 pa lng.mas nauna pa kami sa mga organizers. xempy habang naghihintay picture2 muna habang may time, Dumating na din si sir Alwin. wala kaming idea kung anu ang ipapagawa sa amin kz sabi sa amin magsuot kami ng pang busimess attire..xempy kinareer namin. Inassign kami ni Sir mag set up ng computer na gagamitin for the presentation pero hiwalay-hiwalay kaming session..ako ay nasa session 4. ako ay naassign mag set-up sa powerpoint ng mga presentor..nakakakabaga kz baka magkamali ako nakakahiya naman kz sa mga participants,buti na lng hindi ngyari yun kz ang sarap ng pinapakain.

ako ay natapos na din sa aming session..So Mag-isa na lng ako.wala pa kz yung mga kasama ko kz hindi pa sila tapos. so ako ay nag #selfie

Pagkatapos kong libutin ang mga floors ng mag-isa..nakita ko na rin ang mga kasama ko.

hindi pa jan nagtatapos  ang kainan.dahil may pakain c mayor sa Capitol,nakakapagod itong araw na 2 kumain kaya na2log kami sa byahe dahil hinatid kami.

September 26

           pinatulong kami mag ayos ng mga certificates ng mga participants..nagkaroon rin kami ng time para makapagpicture2.

3rd week of September(16-20)

This week everyday kami nagaattempt for proposal defense pero medyo malas. Pinagawa kami ng database para mas maintindihan nila so natagalan kami.

September 20

Finally! naapprove na rin ang aming proposal defense.meron na rin kaming grade sa wakas.btw Bu week rin pala.pero d ko maxado feel ehh..stress kz..

2nd week of September(9-13)

kami ay naging maxadong bz ngayung linggo gumawa ng mga sample forms for our re-defense.
